The fireplaces are divided into built (traditional) and cast iron. Now the built fireplaces can also be found as prefabricated ones.

Energy Fireplaces

Energy fireplaces are known for their performance, fuel economy and increased safety in relation to classic Open Fireplaces.

The thermal efficiency of the fireplace can reach 85% compared to the fuel it consumes, while the traditional, open type fireplace or cast iron fireplace is about 25%.

This great difference in performance is due to the fact that in the open-air fireplace much of the heat is lost from the chimney and remains untapped.

In the fireplace, the efficiency increases because we take advantage of the warm air from the chimney and the fireplace is closed with fireproof glass, preventing the warm air of the house from leaving the chimney.

Traditional Fireplaces

Traditional fireplaces can be distinguished in those that are built with firebricks and those made of cast iron.
The built fireplace with an open fireplace is timeless and traditional and especially the built fireplace with firebrick, it has the capacity to emit heat for hours after the fire has been extinguished for this and is the most economical solution, whereas from the construction side it is applied to some space you also have many different designs.

Unlike firebrick, the cast iron fireplace emits heat sooner after lighting, and is easier to clean during maintenance.
